Our team created Maven out of a shared belief that creative people grow faster when they don’t have to build alone. We’re passionate about making collaboration easier for students, especially within music, by helping artists, bands, and aspiring managers find the right people to work with locally.

Maven is designed to remove the friction of networking - whether that’s connecting managers with bands in their area or giving artists access to independent management that supports their growth without limiting their creative freedom. At our core, we value openness, initiative, and community: we’re builders who believe in empowering talent early, fostering genuine partnerships, and creating a culture where collaboration feels accessible, human, and exciting.
